2.1 Donations made through the Site are voluntary contributions to Pride Unity Fund.
2.2 Donations are used to fund the programs and activities described on the Site and in related campaign materials. We aim to allocate funds in accordance with stated goals, but donations are ultimately at our discretion subject to these Terms.
3.1 Donations are final and non-refundable. By making a donation you acknowledge and agree that the funds will not be returned except as explicitly described in clause 3.2 below.
3.2 In limited circumstances we may issue a refund (for example, duplicate payment or technical error). Refunds are discretionary, may require verification, and may be processed minus any transaction fees charged by payment providers. To request a refund, email donate@prideunityfund.com with the donation details within 14 days of the donation. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable time.
Note: Payment processors (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, card issuers) may treat chargebacks differently. If a donor initiates a chargeback, we may contest it and provide evidence to the payment processor.
4.1 All payment processing is handled by third-party providers (e.g., PayPal, Stripe). We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
4.2 Payment processors may charge transaction fees; these fees may be deducted from the donation amount before funds reach Pride Unity Fund. Any processing fees are not under our control.
5.1 We commit to reasonable transparency. We will publish periodic updates on how donations are used via the Site and our Transparency page.
5.2 Any statements about how funds will be used are goals and may be adjusted as circumstances require. Major changes in use of funds will be communicated to supporters.
6.1 After donation, donors receive an electronic confirmation. If you need a formal receipt, contact donate@prideunityfund.com.
6.2 Pride Unity Fund is not (unless explicitly stated) a registered charity for tax purposes. Donors should not assume donations are tax-deductible; consult a tax advisor for personal tax advice.

8.1 You may not use the Site or make donations for any unlawful purpose or to support hate speech or violence. We reserve the right to refuse or reverse donations that appear to be associated with illegal activity or that violate our code of conduct.
9.1 The Site and all content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pride Unity Fund and its officers, volunteers, and agents shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of donations, use of the Site, or inability to access the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your donation is limited to the amount you donated in respect of that claim.
10.1 We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the Site with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site or further donations after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
11.2 Any dispute arising from these Terms or your donation will be resolved first by good-faith negotiation. If that fails, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Bulgaria, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
12.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms and any documents expressly incorporated by reference constitute the entire agreement between you and Pride Unity Fund regarding the Site and donations.
12.2 Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remainder will continue in effect.
12.3 Assignment: We may assign our rights under these Terms; you may not assign your rights without our written consent.
